The Role
Top level POST SALES Customer care and Relationship Management role in a digital marketing context:
*Look after a portfolio of “crown jewel” travel related clients
*Liaise with internal Sales Managers to provide campaign planning support
*Provide post-sale relationship management to the clients
*Liaise with media clients, the sales team and travel agency relationships
*Help set up digital and online marketing campaigns
*Produce client activity reports
*Ensure that clients get the best customer care in order to ensure repeat business
*Put together proposals
*Help plan digital marketing campaigns and online advertising campaigns
*Work to project and campaign deadlines
*Produce competitor analysis
*Help with reconciliation of all billing related matters
Requirements
*Fluent Spanish
*Previous online experience in sales support
*Digital Media background or Travel Background
