Contract: 12 months FTC- with possibility to extent or lead to permanent

Your day to day would be:
*investigating strange online behaviour that could harm the business in any way
*Communicating with clients and customers via phone and email to find out about potential risks
*Work towards a resolution following the set guidelines
*Meet weekly deadlines, targets, and quality standards
*Flexible working hours and days
You are:
*You are fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
*Educated to a degree level or equivalent
*You can deal with difficult issues and communicate well with customers and clients
*You are independent and can work very well alone
*You are costumer focused
*You have strong organisation skills
*You are experienced with Microsoft Office
*You can keep a high level of confidentiality
