Role: Danish speaking Sales Advisor
Duration: Temp 3-6 months to permanent
Location: Solihull
Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours pw)
Salary: £25,000 pa
The client:
Our client is a leading global provider of specialised payment products and services.
The role:
To recruit Danish service centres to a new platform launched to Denmark fleet and contract hire companies.
To contact Service Departments explaining the platform and liaising with the business to return the contract. It will mostly be calling warm leads where they are expecting the call, some cold calling will be required but not much in the early stages.
The candidate:
* Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
* Previous experience in CS or Call Centre
* Comfortable on the phone with some good persuasive skills
* Positive attitude, able to reach daily KPI’s (70 outbound calls and 2h30m)
