Job Title: Account Manager (Italian speaker)
Salary: 18.000 – 20.000 per annum
Location: Worsley, Manchester
Our client is a very exciting and innovative online platform for health and fitness. We are looking for an Italian Account Manager to join the team.
Your responsibilities would include:
-Managing the support system online
-Making sure that the SLA’s are met
-Working together with clients
-Manage all on-going processes for new accounts
-Host online training sessions
Your skills include:
-Fluent in English and Italian
-Costumer focused, being able to respond to different kind of people
-Able to work independently as well as a team member
-Excellent at solving problems
-Communicate with stakeholders
-Good written and verbal skills
-Previous client service experience would be a bonus
