We are looking a Danish native speaker to join our Account Management team. This is a very exciting opportunity ideal for someone ambitious who wants to be part of a business in constant growth. We are in the search of a high-performing, and results-driven individual with experience in customer facing environments and with a genuine passion for the online entertainment industry.

As an Account Manager, you will be managing the portfolio of high net worth customers within the Danish market, looking to build strong relationships and increasing loyalty amongst them. Within others, your responsibilities will be:

*Handling customers’ day to day queries and complaints and providing fantastic service to every single member. Providing an outstanding experience to all your clients.
*Monitoring customer performance and rewarding their loyalty with bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations.
*Initiate campaigns that will drive activity for high net worth customers, ensure that they are generated in a timely manner, results monitored and reported.
*Manage targets and budget.
*Working alongside Marketing and Events teams to plan and execute events; entertain and host customers at various local and global events.

Requirements:

*Native Danish speaker.
*Strong relationship building and people skills.
*Working experience in a customer facing environment.
*Great commercial acumen as well as an analytical approach.
*Great organisation, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Have a genuine passion for the online entertainment industry, either as a customer or through work experience in the industry.
