Title: Junior Sales Executive
Salary: £21,000 + bonuses (expected OTE 25k-30k) + benefits

We are looking for someone who is eager to join a young, energetic Delegate Sales Team to help build business. This is a fast-paced environment where confidence is key. As a delegate Sales Executive you are a self-starter who enjoys talking on the phone to find the right audience to join our events and conferences. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new prospects and you will also be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships.
Within others, your responsibilities will be:
* Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
* Contacting existing and potential delegates; the telephone will be your primary tool.
* Managing your own projects and time to ensure you excel at your targets.
* Develop own ideas and use initiative to spot new revenue streams.
* Opportunity to travel to our global events
We are looking for:
* Ability to multi-task under pressure
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Communication and negotiation skills for dealing with delegates
* Self-starter, fast learner and passion for sales
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
