HR Admin, German
Superb opportunity for a German speaker to work for a highly successful, global Fashion business. This is a very busy Admin position within their Human Resources department. We are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively in both German and English.
Duties are varied and include:
* People Team Coordination: Manage queries via the people team in-box, first point of call for employee queries for general employment related queries for example holiday, sick pay, benefits.
* Recruitment: Support the HR business partners with recruitment activity from role approval, drawing up role profiles, advertising and interview arrangements, Effective management of all applicants through the HR System (Work Day). Conducting telephone interviews as required. Production of offers of employment, contracts and new starter packs.
* Onboarding: Coordination of the New Starter Process, Induction, probation period management, new starter administration including payroll instruction.
* Maintenance of Employee Records including our virtual fling cabinet, manual records and group HR and payroll systems and ensuring compliance with archiving procedure.
Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:
* Excellent written and oral English and German language skills are essential. French language would also be an advantage.
* Experience of working within a fast-paced administration function.
* Proven track record of working in an administration role where admin excellence has been key.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (excellent grammar and punctuation)
* A commitment to quality in all you do and excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-moving environment with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
* Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, and e-mail in addition (PowerPoint is desirable)
