Title: German speaker Support Analyst / Client Services Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.

The Role: this is a German speaker Support Analyst / Client Services Manager role that puts the customer experience and ongoing relationship management at its heart. You will be joining a dedicated team who looks after their client queries and you will liaise internally with departments across the company to ensure an excellent client experience. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
*Analysis and resolution of problems received by e-mail, internal messaging system and telephone from front-line helpdesks.
*Training of new clients using telephone and remote/shared desktop tools.
*User Acceptance Testing of new system developments.
*Set up of systems for new clients.
*Documentation of procedures and system developments.
Candidate Profile:
*German to a mother standard.
*Ability to analyse problems logically.
*High level of numeracy – many problems will involve numerical analysis of data to identify a system fault.
*Good interpersonal skills required, particularly via telephone.
*Previous experience of developing and working with operating procedures.
*Basic accountancy knowledge desirable.
*Previous work in retail desirable (e.g. convenience store, petrol station, pub etc.).
