Salary: Up to £45K depending on experience

Our client, a Chinese property developer is looking for a Finance Manager to join their new office in London. It will be a great opportunity to be involved in the setting up of the new office.
Responsibilities
* Bookkeeping on QuickBooks software;
* Managing the budget and recording office expenditure;
* Payroll management and payments;
* Processing sales invoices, expense receipts and payments;
* Managing client bills and payments and pension payments;
* Liaising with customers over the payment of their invoices;
* Completing VAT returns;
* Managing statutory filing requirements;
* Production of management accounts;
* Assisting the CEO/Founder in creation of investment presentations and packs and investor outreach and communications.
Requirements
* Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
* Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, experience in real estate industry will be a plus;
* Flexible and hands-on;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
