Our client, one of the global leaders in luxury and premium fashion accessories, is looking for a Mandarin speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Processing and managing all customer orders received mainly by e-mail, B2B platform or EDI technology;
* Advising customers on stock availability, errors and ‘out of production’ models;
* Informing customers of progress updates on their orders;
* Working closely with the sales team; exchanging vital information on orders, deliveries and finance queries;
* Analysing the customer portfolio to ensure deliveries meet customer requirements;
* Supporting the credit control function with resolving outstanding credit issues;
* Responsibility for the management of the critical path from the initial placing of an order to the final delivery into the customer’s warehouse;
* Preparing reports on sell in, brands and clients’ performance;
* Working as part of a team delivering excellent results;
* Supporting the delivery of all marketing campaigns;
* Dealing with all after sales issues.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Excellent internal and external customer service skills;
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet company targets;
* Adaptable approach with the willingness to learn new skills;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Experience with SAP is an advantage;
* Experience dealing with different time zones will be a plus;
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
