Salary: Up to £45k per annum including OTE
Our client, a well-established and leading education consultation company, is looking for a passionate and hard-working Senior Education Consultant to join their London team.
Responsibilities:
* Choose the appropriate school, university or institutions for clients according to their needs and preferences (school performance, interests, budget, preferred location etc.) and in line with company business growth and interest;
* Handle potential client’s inquiries via QQ, Wechat, telephone, one to one consultations, etc.
* Provide accurate course related information to clients;
* Keep track on application for clients;
* Follow up with clients regarding the progress of their applications;
* Participate in projects and events to promote company business;
* Provide administrative and sales support as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or higher qualifications (of one of UK’s higher education institutions);
* Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
* Familiar with UK education system and application process;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Attention to details and strong organization skills;
* Able to work as part of a team as well as independently;
* Self-driven and passionate about the industry;
* Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
* Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).
