Salary: Up to £65k depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal/external clients, end users and senior staff to clarify, resolve IT requirements and development needs;
* Control and take responsibility for managing, designing and delivering the development of a specialist aspect of IT provision such as network and data center operations, service delivery and quality control;
* Evaluate and optimize the performance of the network operation infrastructure and systems;
* Liaise with clients to help resolve complex issues and work to ensure SLA and efficiency;
* Responsible for the development of the data center; test network and operation and maintenance; office network construction, LAN & WAN and operation and maintenance.
Requirements
* At least three years of relevant working experience;
* Strong Networking skills (CCNP Routing & Switching, HCNP Routing and Switching, IT Security and firewall technologies/IP Telephone configuration and troubleshooting);
* Familiar to enterprise and bank network structure, experience in supporting existing networks and deploying new networks;
* CCNP/HCNP Accreditation
* Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior ICT Engineer role.
