Our client is part of a well-established luxury property development company in the UK. They are now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their expanding team targeting Chinese customers in the UK.
Your day to day would be:
* Manage sales process and negotiations with a wide variety of customers;
* Follow up with customer enquiries in a friendly, polite and professional manner via different channels (wechat, telephone etc.)
* Develop new business through different marketing initiatives and network;
* Flexible working hours (may include weekends).
You are:
* Educated to degree level of equivalent;
* Previous sales experience, exposure in real estate or property will be a plus;
* Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) will be a plus;
* Strong customer facing and presentation skills;
* Proactive and passionate about marketing and sales;
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), Cantonese will be a plus.
