Title: Italian speaking Holiday Advisors
Salary: circa £20,000 + another up to £7,000 in commission ( total potential earnings of £27,000 in year one)
Hours : Monday-Friday , 37.5 hours a week although there will be some limited shifts in this role to cover 8am-5.30pm

You will be working with the owners of holiday homes and specific time slots abroad who wish to swap their specific holiday weeks (or their holiday locations) with other owners from around the world. The company is innovative, really fun to work with and has millions of holiday makers as their clients who travel to almost 4,000 luxury resorts across the world. The company also offers its holidaymakers special deals, and lots of promotions that helps people globe-trot around the world and visit fabulous destinations , at reasonable prices.
Duties
This is a mainly inbound customer services role with some upselling/cross selling responsibilities
*Use of Italian daily (written and spoken) and take all inbound calls, written correspondence and emails
*Liaise with prospective holiday makers and time-share owners to help them find unforgettable holiday experiences
*Send holiday makers any new resort information, special promotions, new resort openings etc
*Some outbound calls to follow up on hotel and resort information
*Help with reservations, manage holiday time slot exchanges and deal with all admin queries
*Answer finance-related queries as well as questions owners may have regarding their own property maintenance fees.
*Translate holiday experience documentation from Italian into English and upload photos
