The role
*Looked after individual retail customers and wholesaler by ‘phone, email and in person at trade fairs
*Helped build trust in the brand through provision of dependable, high-quality customer service.
*Building long lasting relationships with new retail customers and commercial agents in Germany who sell their products
*Troubleshooting problems related to deliveries, accounting and credit control
*Key relationship manager for high-profile retail outlets
*Liaising with a team of commercial agents based in Austria and Germany
*Tasked with building confidence in the brand in the rapidly-developing continental market
*Representing the public face of the brand in Germany and Austria at trade fairs and at regular sales meetings
*Networking with buyers and decision-makers in the retail and design sectors to grow customer base
*Resolving customer service, regulatory, logistical and accounting issues on a daily basis
