Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Main Duties
To create the company’s call centre, recruiting and training the team.
The role:
* To recruit and train agents to provide support for customers
* To educate agents, guiding them through difficult calls or issues
* To lead team meetings, regarding processes and practices
* To identify trends and establishing call center goals
* To ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels
* To prepare reports and analyse call center data to improve processes, maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction
* To take on other tasks or projects to support other departments
The candidate:
* Excellent command of English. German is beneficial but not mandatory
* Relevant experience in call centre management
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Strong coaching, problem-solving and leadership skills
* Excellent IT skills – Proficiency with Helpdesk platforms
