Salary: From 35,000-38,000 GBP + 20% bonus

We are looking for a German Native Speaker to join our Key Account Management team responsible for the GAS region – Germany, Austria, & Switzerland. This is a very exciting opportunity ideal for someone ambitious who wants to be part of an international business in constant growth. We are searching for a high-performing and results-driven individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills that has a genuine passion for the online entertainment industry.

As the GAS Key Account Manager, you will be managing the portfolio of our most prestigious and high net-worth customers within the German speaking markets with the aim of building strong relationships and increasing customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will also include:

*Providing a superb service to valuable customers while tailoring their experience to them across all our products.
*Monitor individual customer performance and rewarding their loyalty with bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations.
*Initiate campaigns that will drive engagement and activity for high net-worth customers, ensuring that they are generated in a timely manner, results monitored and reported.
*Manage targets and a budget.
*Work alongside the Marketing and Events teams to plan and execute events; entertain and host customers at various local and global events.

Requirements:

*Native German Speaker
*Experience of working with high-net worth clients and key account’s is an advantage
*Strong relationship and interpersonal building skills
*Robust commercial acumen as well as an analytical approach
*Great organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Genuine passion for the digital entertainment industry, either as a customer or through work experience in the industry
*Formal training in Marketing, CRM or Events Management is an advantage
*Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours.
