Our client is a large online fashion retailer specialised in buying clearance stock from manufacturers and selling at discounted prices.
We are looking for a Dutch speaking customer service representative to join the Dutch customer relationship teams. You will manage all communications with customers across a wide range of medias and help before, during and after their orders.
The Role:
– Account manage existing clients
– Providing excellent customer service at all time, via email, Social Media and telephone
– Processing orders, exchanges and returns
– Taking care of administrative tasks
Requirements
– Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
– Experience with Customer relations
– IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel
– Fantastic communication skills
– Creative, and problem-solving abilities.
