Salary: Up to £60k depending on experience
Our client, a leading telecom operator, is looking for an Account Manager to join their London office.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new accounts to help the business to gain greater market share;
* Analyse the company’s products, services, pricing and customers’ feedback;
* Accomplish sales and margin target by selling IT products and services and IT integrated solutions in the region assigned within EMEA;
* Work closely with other internal senior staffs and external parties to organise various components needed to initiate, run and conclude sales projects by following sales policies, practices and procedures;
* Analyse sales figures, undertakes market research, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
* Build and maintain effective good relationships and a high level of satisfaction with clients;
* Involve in the development of new products and services to meet clients’ requirements.
Requirements
* At least three years of relevant working experience in telecommunications or IT services;
* Knowledge of IT and telecom products and services;
* Strong sales experience;
* Excellent communication and people skills;
* Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Remark:
Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior Account Manager role.
