Salary: Up to £60K OTE per annum

Responsibilities
*Meet agreed team revenue targets through selling of the company’s products and services;
*Train and Manage staffs in your team;
*Manage sales process with a wide variety of customers;
*Help team members to handle enquiries from potential and existing clients in a friendly, polite and professional manner via different channels (wechat, telephone etc.);
*Provide the regular plans and reports for the designated region in terms of business and finance sector;
*Develop new business through different marketing initiatives and networking events;
*Work closely with the Headquarter to build up the new office and team in the designated market;
*Manage program budget;
*Evaluate team performance in the previous recruiting year and develop action plan for team members in the following year.

Requirements
*Educated to degree level or equivalent;
*Over 1 year’s work experience of managing a team (over 4 people), or experience in a senior leadership role in the education consultancy business with proven track record of developing a team and delivery of business objective.
*Over 2 years’ work experience in education consultancy industry;
*Strong customer facing and presentation skills;
*Dynamic and ability to build rapport with people of different seniorities;
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
*Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
