Credit Control, German, Manchester
Superb opportunity to work for a global, highly successful Fashion business with an international reputation. Based in their funky offices in the Manchester area, you will be responsible for the credit control of major high street retailers.
Duties will include:
Credit control responsibilities to manage own portfolio of accounts, chasing overdue debt by telephone, e-mail and accurately recording information. Ledger will consist of major high street retailers to smaller independent companies.
Liaising with the internal departments to effectively manage and drive debit note and invoice query resolution
Chasing repayment of previously deducted debit notes that have been rejected by the business
Fortnightly credit control review meetings to review the current aged debtors report
Managing accounts and orders on hold due to credit issues
Successful candidates will have proven credit control experience and speak English and German fluently
