Salary: Basic of £22,000 but it pays £60K in total OTE per annum

The company is a global provider of advice to Chinese students looking to study in the UK during their time at University. The company provides course advice, country details, information on overseas Universities and helps with all the documents required for international study in the UK.
Duties
B2C sales management role
*Promoting the company’s services to Chinese University students;
*Train, coach and encourage up to 4 junior staff,
*Motivate staff and identify any skills short falls. Organise training.
*Answer inbound enquiries from potential and existing students in a helpful way
*Use of WeChat, telephone, email to liaise with students;
*Produce a business plan
*Develop new business through marketing initiatives
*Attending networking events;
*Manage budgets and report back to the Board;
*Evaluate team performance and develop action plan for team members for the next year.
Requirements
*Educated to degree level or equivalent;
*Team Management experience
*Experience in the education sector
*Strong customer facing and presentation skills;
*Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
