JOB TITLE: IT Talent Acquisition Executive

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experience + bonus according to performance

Our client is looking for Talent Acquisition Executives to add to their growing multicultural team. You will have a varied and exiting role, with regular contact with a portfolio of candidates via email, telephone and face to face. We are not looking for experienced recruiters, just proactive candidates with true passion for people, wanting to make an impact on their lives.
Within other, your responsibilities will be:
*Establishing excellent and long-term relationships with your candidates.
*Coaching candidates and guiding them through the interview process with clients.
*Identifying, qualifying and selecting the best candidates.
*Interviewing candidates (via telephone or face to face).
*Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients and representing the brand at all the times.
*Participating in events within the industry.
*Ensuring that both companies and candidates have remarkable experiences!
REQUIREMENTS:
*Interested in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/
*Native-level of English. Any additional language will be very beneficial.
*Fantastic communication skills (spoken & written).
*Genuine interest in technology and start-ups / fast growing companies
*Comfortable over the phone and meeting candidates face to face.
*Fully eligible to work in the UK. No VISA sponsorship will be provided.
