Responsibilities:
* Liaise with government departments, individual businesses and members of the public
* Providing information to potential business partners and food suppliers
* Taking inbound enquiries regarding the documentation processes required to meet safety and quality food standards
* Manage the food inspection and certification process on behalf of clients, including processing all paperwork and legal documentation
* Liaise with clients (from government departments to consumer groups) in Chinese and English on a daily basis, deal with emails and take calls
* Advise directly on the various certificates necessary for supply of organic food products
* Provide guidance on food labelling
* Help with import/export documentation
* Organise and attend seminars and client training for prospective food importers or exporters
* Proactively promote attendance at events
* Provide information related to event attendance costs, location and topics for discussion.
* Outbound courtesy-calling to speak to potential event attendees. Follow-up all new business opportunities
* You will be travelling to events internationally to meet clients and deal with queries

Requirements:
* Degree in food related subject
* Minimum 2 years commercial experience;
* Qualifications in food safety inspection (ideally)
* Fluent speaking and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
