The company is looking for Mandarin speakers looking to gain some high level experience in the fast growing tech/fashion/retail sector. This role is a permanent job and and will give you real exposure to issues within online retail such as fraud, PR, client services and admin. Duties:
* Research and become familiar with consumer behaviour, buying trends and patterns across the Chinese retail markets
* Identify behavioural changes and then analyse and assess the likelihood of financial fraud being committed
* Daily use of Mandarin both written and spoken
* Report writing and liaising with the compliance/legal team

Essential Requirements
* Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English
* Degree educated (minimum of 2.1)
* Some previous retail or client facing experience

Hours: Shift pattern that will cover 37.5 hours a week (this will include occasional weekends)
