The role
Assisting the Deputy Head of Legal, you will be provided with full training for this role as our client is looking for a very bright, highly educated Graduate Trainee to take on what is viewed as a key, client facing, role. There will be project work involved and you will join a lovely multilingual and multi-national team.
*You will be liaising with new clients and helping to gather (and also chase up) legal compliance and due diligence documentation including signatures and all paperwork
*Liaising with internal departments when discrepancies in the legal documentation that has been provided are identified
*Collecting and checking all the Know Your Customer ( KYC) information
*You will be reviewing, processing and validating customer documentation
*Ensuring that all paperwork meets the legal Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
*Liaising with other international offices
*Working on ad hoc projects
Requirements
*Recent Degree in Law or Finance from a well-respected University
*Fluent Chinese & English
