Salary: Up to £50K OTE per annum
Language: English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a plus

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join the top Chinese property and real estate company in the UK. It will be an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to build your career in property sales.
Responsibilities
*Meet agreed revenue targets through selling of the company’s products and services;
*Manage entire sales process with a wide variety of customers (both corporate and individuals);
*Handle enquiries from potential and existing clients in a friendly, polite and professional manner via different channels (wechat, telephone etc.);
*Develop new business through different marketing initiatives and networking events;
*Flexible working hours (may include weekends).
Requirements
*Educated to degree level or equivalent;
*Previous sales experience, exposure in real estate or property will be a plus;
*Strong customer facing and presentation skills;
*Dynamic and ability to build rapport with people of different seniorities;
*Proactive and passionate about marketing and sales;
*Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) will be a plus;
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
*Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), Cantonese will be a plus.
