Our client, a Chinese real estate investment and development management company is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team in London. It will be a great opportunity to be involved in a fast growing company.
Responsibilities:
*Bookkeeping review;
*Managing the budget and recording office expenditure;
*Processing sales invoices, expense receipts and payments;
*Managing client bills and payments and pension payments;
*Liaising with customers over the payment of their invoices;
*Advising on tax planning and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers;
*Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting;
*Production of management accounts;
*Assisting the CEO/Founder in the creation of investment presentations and packs and investor outreach and communications;
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, experience in real estate companies will be a plus;
*Qualification: CIMA, ACCA or ACA have to full qualified
*Flexible and hands-on;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Cantonese will be a plus.
