Pay rate: £12.00 per hour + Holiday pay
Our client is a conferencing company with 20 years of experience. They are looking for someone to join their SME; you will be entering their bespoke sales & marketing team, working on one of their private lunch meetings. This is a fast-paced environment where confidence, excellent communication skills, and drive are key to success. The business is a sector leader which focus on the quality of conference agendas, this helps their teams find the right audience to join their events.
You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new prospects and you will also be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships. They have a flexible approach to sales, but you must be able to meet a tight deadline, whilst maintaining high quality standards. This is an exciting sales opportunity in a fast-growing marketplace with lots of opportunities out there.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth within our event.
Responsibilities
*Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking and social media
*Contacting potential delegates; the telephone will be your primary tool.
*Managing your own project and time to ensure you excel at your target.
*Updating database records with attendance confirmations and contact information
Requirements
*Proficiency in English and German is essential.
*Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is highly desirable
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
*Self-starter, fast learner and passion for sales.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
