Salary: Up to £45k per annum including OTE
Our Client, an expanding career coaching company in the UK, is looking for an energetic and proactive Career Consultant to join their team in London. Trainings will be provided to the successful candidates.
Responsibilities:
*Assist customers’ enquiries via different communication channels (phone, wechat, email etc.);
*Introduce suitable courses and products based on customers’ needs;
*Follow through on the sales of company’s services and products;
*Provide after-sales service through outstanding customer service;
*Ensure clients’ information and progress in Company’s database are accurate and updated;
*Assist and participate in marketing campaigns;
*Attend Company’s meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
*Degree educated or equivalent;
*Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others;
*Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills;
*Proactive and passionate about helping students;
*Strong customer service skills;
*Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
