Salary: £22,000 pa + benefits
The Company:
A premium women’s fashion retailer with a design studio and stores in London, direct selling from catalogues that are marketed in three countries. With individual websites serving each country, the Company has language specific customer relationship teams who manage all communications with customers across a wide range of medias.
Main duties:
As part of the customer relations team, this role has responsibilities for direct customer contact via email and telephone alongside more administrative tasks.
The Role:
– Delivering excellent customer service
– Processing orders, exchanges and returns
– Customer accounts management
– Active debts management
– Credit control activities
The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and German (written and spoken – essential)
– Excellent numeric skills with good knowledge of Excel
– Experienced in a customer relations role, contact centre operations or/and retail industry
