Pay rate: £8.61 – 9.40 per hour depending on experience

About the company:

Our client is one of the leading global research agencies in the UK. They have a team of experienced research professionals offering their clients a full range of consulting services, including face to face, telephone, and online data.

About the project:
This a global economic study conducted on behalf of a corporate business client. The objective is to conduct quality interviews with executives from small to medium size enterprises and gather information about how their business feel about the current economic climate. A list of respondents from target UK companies will be provided, but on occasion the relevant individual may need to be identified. The interview with each respondent will last for about 20 minutes and will consist of a list of questions designed to gather the necessary data.

Responsibilities
* Telephone respondents from contact lists with limited numbers, and convert them to interviews
* Guide respondents through a set of quantitative and qualitative questions
* Keep an accurate record of all contact with respondent
* You will be responsible for accurately recording the results and responses of your interviews
* Translate answers from respondent language to English where necessary
* Work closely with Project Managers to update them on project progress

Requirements
* Fluency in English to mother tongue standard
* Personable and enthusiastic with excellent verbal communication skills.
* Target driven with a deep pride in the quality of your work.
* Enjoy the challenges of calling and speaking to new people. You should be persistent, polite and professional.
* Responsible, timely and honest.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft Office functions.
* Ability to build relationships very quickly over the phone.
