Job Title: Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator

Hours: 40 hours a week (9am-6pm Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities
* Taking inbound enquiries in a professional manner and transfering calls to suitable parties;
* Distributing posts;
* Booking couriers, tracking deliveries;
* Managing and coordinating booking of meetings rooms;
* Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments;
* Ordering office supplies.
Requirements
* Some previous receptionist and admin experience
* Degree educated
* Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin)
* Able to commit to the duration of this contract
