Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Immigration Specialist

Salary: start from £18k (depending on experience)
The Company
Our client who a leading global immigration provider based in Central London, they are looking to recruit an experienced Immigration Consultant for their team. The focus of this position to manage a UK immigration caseload with direct contact to clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of corporate applications
*Dealing with more complex cases as and when required
*Monitoring and managing workload to ensure deadlines are met
*Provide exceptional service to clients and overcoming queries if necessary
*Preparation of complex packs for corporate clients
*Ensuring all invoices are processed and full payment is prior to case submission
Requirements
*1 year’s minimum experience in Office/admin/law firm.
*OISC is preferable.
*Competent in using Microsoft packages
*A team player
*The ability to provide exceptional service to clients
*Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).
