Role: German or Italian speaking Sales Administrator

Salary: up to £21,500 p.a. (DOE)

Main Duties:
To support to the sales team and other departments to develop territory client’s portfolio increasing company revenue
The Role:
* To manage day to day sales activities with allocated accounts
* To prepare quotations and maintain price lists
* To provide after-sales support and sales figures analysis.
* To work closely with other departments and senior levels to ensure smooth interface between company and customers
* To be part of commercial projects related to M&A integrations, chain management and logistics
* To ensure accurate maintenance of accounts and new business opportunities
* To prepare sales reports based on KPIs
* To develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
The Candidate:
* Fluent in German or Italian to a mother tongue level
* Relevant experience in Sales Administration – international environment preferred
* Proficient IT skills (MS Office) – CRM knowledge is a plus
* Excellent communication and team-work skills
* Proactive, with strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel
