Oxford-based Customer Care Advisor ( Temp contract)

Salary £11-12 per hour + subsided lunch at the staff canteen ( equivalent to £24k per year annualised)
Shifts: Covering 8am-4.30pm OR 9am-5.30pm
Getting to work: The company runs a free shuttle service to get to work from pick-up points in Oxford. Free car parking. Free Bike Racks

ROLE
Take inbound calls from clients and from business owners
*Use of email and livechat
*Manage technical support, help set up new accounts, deal with log-in issues, display or website format issues
*Resolves booking queries
*Updating/changing product descriptions, accommodation availability, and prices;
*Deal with booking or reservations questions
*Resolve billing or invoice issues
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English
Previous customer services, call centre experience
Knowledge of another European language is a definite asset
