Chinese speaking Auditor

Title: Chinese speaking Accountant /Auditor (ACA or ACCA)

Languages: fluent Mandarin or Cantonese

Location: London

SALARY: £40,000-£53,000

THE COMPANY

High profile Accountants and consultants comprising a firm of 300 staff. This role is based within Forensics team and involves regular global travel. It’s a very exciting position where you will meet all your clients face to face and develop an excellent ongoing relationship with them. The forensics work is more like ” detective ” work on behalf of your clients….checking whether royalties have been paid over to media clients, are paid accurately and in a timely manner. You will travel all over Asia in this role.

The role

In a nutshell:: Audit work with Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese and international travel

* Use of Chinese both written and spoken daily
* Global travel (this can comprise up to 50% of the role, mainly in Asia)
* Audit responsibilities and producing detailed audit reports
* Interviewing clients in order to ensure that royalties have been accurately paid and accounted for in accordance with licensing and merchandising agreements made
* Assisting in negotiating settlements of audit findings

The candidate required
Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese
Audit experience essential
Accountancy qualifications (ACA or ACCA)
