Salary: Up to £25K OTE per annum (+ additional £10k in commission).
Language: Fluent English and Fluent Mandarin

Sector Luxury property company with a growing Chinese audience of landlord investors and tenants. This company works with some of the biggest and most well- respected names in property development, build and design. Properties are rented to business people looking for shorter term lets around central London. This is a top tier graduate entry level role for an ambitious Mandarin speaker with sound administrative skills and will enable you to earn well, whilst developing a valuable personal contacts network and an understanding of the London Property Market.

The role

This is an administrative role which requires good numerical skills

• Responsible for administering and managing a portfolio of around 100 London properties
• Liaising with the property owners as well as tenant
• Looking after each property’s accounts, checking that expenditure falls into annual budgets for leaseholders.
• Credit Control: Politely chasing tenants for rent arrears and inform guarantors and landlords of new payment agreements
• Visiting the properties that you manage twice a month to ensure that rental standards are met and that tenants are happy
• Renewing of rental warranties
• You will be provided with full training in drawing up “Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreements”
• You will be working in English and in Chinese daily
• Develop a real understanding of the property market
• Be aware of competitors, the changing rentals market, and ” going rates”
• Find new tenants for properties as they become vacant
• Confirm meetings and property viewings in writing and on WeCat

Please note that this is a specialist property-related administrative role and site visits will involve some weekend work for client viewings. You will also be required to develop a network of potential tenants and help match them with the properties that you are managing to ensure that properties are never left empty.

Requirements

• Degree educated;
• Outstanding personal presentation
• Fluent Mandarin and English
