Salary : £85,000- £95,000 per annum + commission ( circa £130k OTE)

Global Chinese company that is setting up a new entity in the UK and will be expanding rapidly. This company is on a “full-speed-ahead” growth plan and aims to be the very best -in-class in the UK within a year. As the UK SALES DIRECTOR, you will be a key part of the company’s growth strategy and will be responsible for working at strategic level to help grow the company quickly and effectively.

There are outstanding career opportunities for the right person in this role, as this is a new role for the UK.

Duties

Working alongside the senior team you will be required to implement an agreed sales growth strategy. You will oversee the Sales Manager and will help establish sales parameters, targets and thereby assist in fast-tracking growth in the UK.

• Attend meetings with the Senior Team to oversee the potential market, establish and agree growth strategies and establish KPI’s for the sales team
• Be fully aware of competitors, forecast growth and decide on the precise target market
• Lead and motivate the sales team to hit and surpass sales targets
• Provide a very consultative sales environment for clients and staff alike
• To focus on top tier customer care that will help corporate relationships flourish
• Design flexible strategic plans
• Oversee and foster key corporate relationships so that sales growth is always based on trust
• Establish excellent relationships with sales partners and channels

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree educated
• English to native standard
• Previous Director level sales experience in the Telecommunications sector
• In-depth knowledge of local and regional telecom markets.
• Used to managing Sales strategy and a sales team
