About the Company
Our client is looking for an experienced Chinese Speaking Team Leader to help grow their current team of specialist travel managers. Your team will be dealing with the ultra-high net worth individuals who are looking for bespoke deluxe customer service in terms of hotels, flights and entertainment. You will be managing, leading and encouraging your bilingual Chinese team, who cater to their international clients’ requirements. Your team has access to a well curated list of some of the very best suppliers in the world who are responsible for fulfilling their clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing, mentoring and coaching an international team of around 8 customer services personnel
- Encouraging your team to deliver a continually improving, innovative, and best-in-class customer service experience to ultra-high net worth clients.
- Identify skills shortfalls in your team, and organise ongoing training
- Recruit new staff
- Motivate and excite your team and lead from the front
- Monitor staff performance, and use reporting tools (Excel)
- Utilising your fluent Chinese on a daily basis, both written and spoken
- Helping to devise creative travel or entertainment-related solutions for clients
- Dealing with any escalations
- Managing your own projects
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
- Call centre experience
- Experience in managing a team of at least 6 people
