About the Company

Our client is a major player within the tech sector specializing in e-commerce. The company is looking for Mandarin speakers looking to gain some high level experience in the fast growing tech/fashion/retail sector. This role is a permanent job and and will give you real exposure to issues within online retail such as fraud, PR, client services and admin. Responsibilities

• Research and become familiar with consumer behaviour, buying trends and patterns across the Chinese retail markets
• Identify behavioural changes and then analyse and assess the likelihood of financial fraud being committed
• Daily use of Mandarin both written and spoken
• Report writing and liaising with the compliance/legal team
• Shift pattern that will cover 37.5 hours a week (this will include occasional weekends)

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Degree educated (minimum of 2.1)
• Some previous retail or client facing experience
