Client Success Manager (Dutch or Flemish speaking)
Title: Client Success Manager (Dutch or Flemish speaking)
Salary: £30000 to £35000
Location: Central London
The company provide a Software that supports Teacher with education of student at schools across the UK and globally. In this role you will be promoting new technological techniques that have been developed specifically to support Student learning experience and to help them have fun, thrive and develop.
You will Account manage Belgian schools, and potentially some UK schools.
Responsibilities
Be the lead point of contact for all clients, selected schools in Belgium, and potentially the UK
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure smooth and timely on-boarding process for new clients
- Assist with client requests or issues
- Liaise with training team to ensure good customer experience
- Mange feedback from schools and circulate internally as required
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written Flemish/Dutch and English
- Professional written and interpersonal communication
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
