They provide everyone from chateaux/hotels/retailers/wholesalers and investors, with important wine-related data that helps them make better quality commercial decisions

Duties

Reporting to the Sales Director the role is a mix of relationship management (of an existing client portfolio), retention and building business from referrals.

You will need to be a car driver.

• Key Account Management: Looking after a portfolio of existing wine members in Germany, Austria, Italy and Scandinavia
• Providing members with the business information necessary to buy or sell wines internationally.
• Providing information on grape yields from famous vineyards, buying trends, the availability of certain wines, prices, rarity to members
• Liaising with retailers across Europe
• Meeting your existing members face to face, explaining service enhancements and travelling to international offices (10% travel in Europe) to develop personal relationships with your members
• Providing a top level of customer service to members at all times, in German and English
• Researching new opportunities
• This is a target driven sales role

Requirement

• Fluent in English and German
• A passion for wines
• Degree educated
• Car driver & happy driving abroad
• Some previous sales or outbound calling experience
