Our client is one of the biggest technology businesses in the world and they are currently looking to expand their Mandarin Speaking Investigation Specialist team. You will need to be inquisitive, have high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate strange online behaviour that could harm the business in any way
• Communicate with clients and customers via phone and email to find out about potential risks
• Work towards a resolution following the set guidelines
• Meet weekly deadlines, targets, and quality standards
• Flexible working hours and days

Requirements

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent
• Ability to deal with difficult issues and communicate well with customers and clients
• Independent and can work very well alone
• Customer focused
• Strong organisation skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office
• Ability to keep a high level of confidentiality
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
