We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, with previous Customer Service experience and an interest in the Foods Market. Our client works with a global Franchise company and is based in Buckinghamshire.
In this role, you will utilise your expertise in handling incoming enquires, reporting trend information when required, and ensure a continuous professional service. Amongst others, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Logging and resolving incoming inquiries via the Support Desk.
- Monitor product escalation and ensure appropriate and timely resolutions.
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment
- Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks
- Passion for high standard service delivery
