Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor – Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)

Salary: Up to £80K depending on experience, negotiable
We are open to consider candidates requiring Tier 2 VISA sponsorship.
Our client is one of the leading law firms in London with a focus in Asian markets. You will be working in Central London alongside an international team. You will be working with an existing client base within the property industry including developers, major property agents and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain existing property client base within the Company’s residential conveyancing practice (commercial and residential);
- Manage your own caseload independently;
- Manage a small team;
- Cultivate and grow the Company’s clientele;
- Assist in business development activities such as attending related events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE, ideally in conveyancing with residential and developer work;
- Flexible, especially dealing with time difference, as you will be working with clients and colleagues based in Asia;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
