Duties:
Use your detective and language skills in this job!
- Research and become familiar with consumer behaviour, buying trends and patterns across the Chinese retail markets
- Identify changes in the online behaviour of clients
- Assess whether this change in behaviour could indicate that a fraud is being committed
- You will use your Chinese daily
- Report writing and liaising with the compliance/legal team
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- Degree educated
- Holder of stamp 4 visa ideally
- Some previous retail or client facing experience
Hours: Shift pattern that will cover 37.5 hours a week (this will include very occasional weekends)
