Planning Asst, Fashion
Superb opportunity to work one of the world’s leading Fashion brands. Based in their offices in St Albans, you will support their Travel Retail team, making sure that the correct amount of stock is available to customers at airports, on ships, duty free and other travel sites.
Your duties will include:
- Co-operating with key accounts to share assortment and sales information and produce a sales forecast;
- Acting as the interface with Head Office to share the key accounts sales forecast with the aim of developing the necessary production forecast;
- Producing purchase plans for the key accounts to anticipate demand according to sell out estimates;
- Analysing and supervising variances between orders forecast and orders entered;
- Managing and monitoring dedicated stock for the in-flight channel of trade;
- Setting up production and distribution plan for special projects;
- Working closely with the sales team; exchanging vital information on orders, deliveries and finance queries;
- Analysing the customers’ portfolio to ensure deliveries meet customer requirements, taking into consideration the customers’ current account situation. Check delivery dates and inform both the customers and the logistics team of orders to be shipped and ensuring service level targets and deadlines for shipments are met and update sales area managers accordingly;
The successful candidate will most likely speak Italian and have experience in similar environments.
