Duties
Reporting directly to the EMEA Support Engineer Manager and using your languages daily, the role involves high levels of technical customer service:
- Regular liaising with customers and partners, coordinate and tracking all technical escalations
- Dealing with technical escalations and resolve support ticket issues
- Investigate if a support ticket relates to a product “bug” or is a feature request
- Replicate bugs in order to find technical solutions
- Contribute to FAQ section of the website
- Undertake QA testing on new product releases
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a 2nd or 3rd line IT Help Desk role
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences (or related)
- Have experience in Java and familiar with REST API
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
