Title: Chinese Mandarin Speaking Reservations, Sales Support Executive
Team : Flights, customer services and airline ticketing team
Salary : Up to £26,000 depending on experience

Location: Central London
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5.30pm)
The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established European-owned travel company that looks after various international and national airlines. It has offices in 55 countries. This company works on behalf of airlines to ensure that their clients experience an excellent passenger service at all times. You will be based in the office of one of their airline partners.
Responsibilities
- Use of your Mandarin and English language skills on a daily basis
- Provide reservation sales, ticketing customer service for an international airline
- Handle phone enquiries from passengers and trader partners
- Generate airline bookings, make destination changes
- Manage upgrade requests, reroutes, group bookings, lost tickets both over the phone and face-to-face
- Process ticket payments
- Support sales team as required
Requirements
- Previous experience of working as a reservations or ticketing agent is essential
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English
